cookie carnival :: march challenge!
it's carnival time.... i crawl out from underneath my sniffly, snozy, Nyquil haze to give you the recipe for march. it's one i hope you will all enjoy and makes me think of the coming of spring. (spring IS coming, right?)it comes from Gourmet magazine: INSIDE - OUT CARROT CAKE COOKIES.
i think they look de-lish. hope you do, too. here, again, is the handy pdf of the recipe. printable for your convenience. i'm sorry the feb round-up is not up yet, but i plan to get to it soon. (see previous "Nyquil Haze.")

Ahh these look great! March is my Husband's Bday and I usually do carrot cake or german chocolate. Hmm, maybe we can do these instead! This will be my 1st cookie carnival too. :)
