Cookie Carnival :: November Round-Up
many thanks to jen at beantown baker for providing us with this month's recipe for PECAN PIE COOKIES! these cookies were like little soft, warm, pillows of yum. i loved them! and thankfully, i planned to make them on the day i was to bring a meal to some friends who just recently had a baby. so, therefore, i didn't eat the whole pile of them myself. because i easily could have. they were easy to make and delicious. win-win!
just to remind everyone, i'm taking December off this year. i hope you all have a delicious holiday with your families! let's re-convene in 2010. can it really be 2010??? that seems to sci-fi.
anyway, on to your cookies! thanks to all of you who participated! and if i forgot anyone, please email me and let me know. i'm frazzled as usual.....

first up is julie of Someone's in The Kitchen. she had trouble with cookies breaking and sticking to the pan, but she agrees they taste fab! read her post here.
